He then worked for Los Iluminados, a religious cult that used the village’s superstitious legends and devout religiosity as a recruiting tool for his real objective: the creation of bioweapons for use in a world domination plot. The doctor is ultimately killed when he comes to his senses and decides to leave the cult. He made his appearance in Resident Evil 4 and was also there in the remake.
